Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (EST)INFORMATION CALLS CAN BE MADE AT 1-248-651-2238When calling to place an order, please be prepared to provide all necessary product information including stock (sku) number, description, and quantity. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are the only forms of payment accepted for phone orders.
NOTE: Credit Card transactions will appear on your billing statement as " VAN HORN TRUCK PARTS "
In Store Pick-Up :
PRE-PAID IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS MAY BE PLACED WITH OUR PHONE SALES OFFICE
1-248-651-2238 Monday - Friday 8-4 ESTVAN HORN TRUCK PARTS offers a pre-paid order preparation service for customers traveling to our store. In-Store Pickup orders can be placed with our phone sales office Monday thru Friday 8am - 4pm EST. Pay for your items by phone and your order will be ready for pick up in 1 hour at our Retail Store. For fastest pickup at the store, bring the credit card used to place the order, picture identification, and your Order Confirmation number to the Customer Service counter. Pre-paid orders will only be released to the cardholder used to make the purchase.
Note: Orders can only be picked up during normal store hours
Store sales associates will be able to assist you with receiving your merchandise. Extra heavy and pallet sized orders may need to have a scheduled pickup day / time during our warehouse operating hours. Check with your phone sales associate during order placement to confirm product availability and pickup time.
Changes To Orders :
Customers may make changes to your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed. If items have processed no changes can be made to the order and our normal returns policy will apply. Please contact our sales office (M-F 8-5 EST) with any order change requests and please have your order ID number available when calling.
To cancel your order prior to processing, please contact our sales office during our normal business hours (M-F 8-5 EST). Provided your order has not yet been processed, there is no fee to cancel an order. If items been have processed then our normal returns policy will apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in new condition.
